From 2012 on the Bodo Möller Chemie Group will sell also high quality products for lubricant applications, such as additives, corrosion inhibitors, biocides and phosphates.

The Bodo Möller Chemie Group is expanding its existing product portfolio: from 2012 on it will sell also high quality products for lubricant applications, such as additives, corrosion inhibitors, biocides and phosphates.

The Bodo Möller Chemie GmbH takes over the running business of the company RTS (Schmierstoff-Technik-Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH) located in Bruchköbel and will offer the products in every affiliate in Europe. In Europe and Africa the Bodo Möller Chemie Group is represented by ten subsidiaries. With these it generates in the future annual sales of 60 million € in over 50 countries. For the distribution of the 10 widespread product sectors, such as adhesives, textile chemicals, electronics, exist important partnerships with Dow Automotive Systems, Huntsman, BASF and Henkel and many more.

The new comprehensive product range includes amongst others corrosion inhibitors, antioxidants, metal deactivators, anti-wear and high-pressure additives. Thanks to these products for example foaming, oil oxidation and corrosion can be reduced and friction losses avoided. Also they provide that the adhesion of oil films and the formation of protective films on metal surfaces are strengthened.

In addition to the products of RTS the Bodo Möller Chemie Group offers biocides for industrial lubricant applications of the company Prom Chem. The trading partner Prom Chem is specialized in the production of biocides and complies with the European Biocidal Products Directive (BPD). Metal working fluids are susceptible to potential contamination with bacteria and fungi, and must therefore serve many criteria regarding biocides. The correct selection of the appropriate biocide package is essential for industrial processes and for after-treatment.

The Bodo Möller Chemie Group looks forward to the new partnerships and newly acquired businesses.
