Pigment dispersions for adhesives

Pigment dispersions for polyurethanes

Properties

  • Consist of organic and inorganic colorants dispersed in a 4800 Mw Triol with a hydroxyl number of 35
  • Standard and custom color matched blends (Covering a variety of requirements, including weathering, UV stability, non-heavy metals, low abrasion and cost considerations)

Benefits

  • Excellent compatibility with a wide range of urethane systems
  • For optimal UV stability, additives can be formulated directly into these products

Application
Cast Elastomer Caulk/Sealant; Urethane Reaction Injection Molding; Urethane Foam; Urethane Integral Skin

Pigment dispersions for epoxy systems

Properties

  • Consist of organic and inorganic pigments milled in a 100% solids epoxy
  • Compatible with a wide range of solvent borne and two component epoxy systems
  • The resins has an Epoxide Equivalent Weight (EEW) of 185 to 192
  • For epoxy composites and high performance protective coatings
  • Standard and custom color matched blends

Benefits

  • Excellent color control and handling
  • Lower viscosity

Applications
Vinyl Ester; Pultrusion; Caulk/Sealant; Cast Polymer;Filament Winding

Pigment dispersions for plasticizer containing systems

Properties

  • Consist of organic and inorganic pigments suspended in DOTP, a non-phthalate plasticizer
  • Developed for soft PVC, caulk/sealant, polymer and elastomer applications
  • Suitable for volumetric and gravimetric machine dosing
  • Standard and custom color matched blends (Covering a variety of requirements, including weathering, UV stability, non-heavy metals, low abrasion and cost considerations)

Benefits

  • Some of the DTP pigment dispersions are, in principle, suitable for food contact applications (this always needs to be tested in the end application)
